The state of New South Wales is host to the XTERRA Asia-Pacific Championship.  From overseas, fly into the Sydney International Airport which is served by over 70 major airlines.  Plan on exploring this vibrant city, its famed harbor and as much of this amazing state as you can before or after the race. Once on the ground in Sydney, rent a car for roughly a 2-1/2 hour drive to the Jervis Bay & Shoalhaven area of New South Wales’ South Coast – where you’ll find Callala Beach, home to XTERRA Race Headquarters.  The scenery along the way is stunning – from the bustling city of Sydney and the huge sandstone cliffs of the Illawara Escarpment above Wollongong, to the numerous seaside villages and unspoiled beaches along the way. The area is a mountain bikers heaven located on the north shore of Jervis Bay.
